It feels great to back out in Cali we arrived early Tuesday morning. After getting a quick nap in we later met up with Duncan and Amanda who drove down from Los Angeles to be with us. Duncan Moved out here from Chicago about two years ago and has been happy with the move ever since. Got a lot of things ready for the big day met some great people at the venue during setup and did our thing. Afterwards we made our way to IN-N-OUT which in my review is one of the best burgers around.
So both Brandon and I landed in the OC this morning. We are just now finalizing a few things and we are off to the “Set up” at AGENDA. We will be showcasing our pieces tomorrow and Thursday at PRIMER. Stop by appointments are welcome give us a call at 312-375-2677.
As a reader of Complex magazine, I like the editorial pieces. But, to be honest I pay more attention to how the cover is designed for advertising and art related purposes I guess. Anyway, Complex is doing duel covers for Grandhustle artists T.I. and B.o.B. for the August and September issues.
Take a peak at some of these photos from B.o.B’s cover shoot. The artistic vision for this issue is by REAS, I like it!

So, I’m a beginner in this illustration world. And Yes, I’m always looking for new sources of inspiration. With that being said, check out Castle Magazine, a new non-for profit magazine based out of Germany. Who’s behind this magazine?
Well illustrators, artists, designers, and anyone with a creative mind from all over Europe. I did I mention that this magazine is brought to you for FREE. Download issue 17 HERE.
Benjamin Everett is an adventurer, artist, illustrator, designer, thinker, amateur astrologer, wishful photographer, beginner musician, Mountain climber, x-ski racer, surfer, childhood sailor, and most recently a freediver… which means he was able to write this while holding his breath. I Love his work. He takes Northwestern native American tattoo style and tricks the flip out of it. So inspiring to me visually. The mixture of elements brought seamlessly together are simply genius. Look closer. =)<br>
