Hennessy Influencers

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

henny29100009

So we’ve been working with Hennessy lately and they’ve taken me on as an brand cultural influencer a long with others from the city in their new cultural architect campaign. They invited us out to an evening at a place called Sunda located downtown at 110 W Illinois St Chicago, IL 60654. I do recommend it if you like Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

Any way I ended up meeting the owner of Hennessy, wow, Maurice R. Hennessy. Mind you that Hennessy is a luxury brand… We’re really on to something with this work that we do. I also created an illustration for Hennessy Black which takes from my personal body of work along with elements of the Hennessy brand. So what does that mean? Well it means that this is our first collaboration with a luxury brand and its not the last. Ends/Wealth Corp. x Hennessy Black. Next we plan to fly out to Cognac, France to visit the rest of the family. I also met Jerry Azumah, played for the bears til from 1999 until 2005 check out his foundation website here

There’s an open bar on Belvedere from 9-10, we’re doing an installation and Million Dolla Mano will be providing the soundtrack so come out and have a fun Wednesday to make up for your weekend if it sucked or to balance out the week if this weekend ends up sucking. In the end we just want you to see the shirts and love them cause they’re incredible.

kandinsky

We’re in New York as you can see but we are here for Nem Perez to support him because he’s competing tonight at Cut&Paste. He has my camera so I can post any good photos right now but I promise to post some pics from our party the other night too. That pic above was taken from my iPhone and sparked this conversation with Pantone’s Global Web Services director (connect) he saw me taking this photo and he approached me and we talked about art from Harlem to 42nd street (I have to go see this Kandinsky exhibit). BTW pick up Pantone’s iPhone app its pretty damn dope its called myPantone its about 10 bucks but its pretty useful for people who care about their colors.
